I’ve always been extremely thankful for everything I have. My friends. My careers. The amount of fun I have. The support from everyone on everything I do. Physically that I’ve been aging well, perfect eye sight, my height and shit lol. I’m glad I have no serious long term issues.
Sometimes things don’t work out well and I get really upset and I have to reality check myself that this is normal everyday issues. Then w just focusing on a positive future, things just work out. It’s weird. It’s actually creepy. But whatever. I’m just so thankful for my friends. Just being on the phone w some friends can change so much. Friends def made my life what it is. For work in real estate and nightlife. For fun. For my dancing days and for gaming. It’s honestly all because of friends that things have been so great.
I know I sound emo as fuck but I don’t care. I really do you love you guys.
kk so the past few weeks.
12/22 Tuesday got up at 10am, started sending out listings and had youtube on the side w a lot of political news. Hung out w Ngoc for a while, watching stuff on youtube and then later went out to get massages. Thank you Ngoc for the Christmas present. The massage was much needed. We hit the Hand and Stone close by. My lower back feels brand new. Afterwards, hit back and made everyone spaghetti and meatballs. Bummed out and later jumped on COD w Goof Vince and Morris for a while. Talking mad shit on politicians. One of my fav topics lol. Had fun and went back into Demons Souls Remake for a lil while before going to sleep.
Weds got up and did work in the morning with clients. Talking w a few friends just about all sorts of shit in general with what we’re working on. It’s just nice, to text or call w the guys and talk. Hit my Mom’s to help her w paperwork and scan it over and also to eat lunch. Good to see my mom and grandmother and afterwards got shisha and hit home.
Did real estate work on and off while chilling and later Alex came through and got me this amazing Gengar in a pokeball. Something l was thinking of buying but when l first saw it, it was only the original starters. Thank you for the awesome gift Alex. I really do love it. Gengar is my overall favorite pokemon. I could write pages about using Gengar in Pokemon. Watched the movie Tenet finally and l really liked it. It’s just a lot to wrap your head around and l got lost a few times. Played a lil COD and also won my first game of resurgence aka old Alcatraz lol. Me and Vince and Asian Gary played and damnnn its nice memories being back there. Fell asleep early afterwards.
Thurs got up and did work while catching up on gaming and political news on youtube. Hung out w everyone downstairs for a bit. Playing Demons Souls Remake and getting emails done inbetween. They went out to get stuff from Hmart for hotpot/kbbq and when they got back, we made a big dinner. Way too big. Stuffed face and was dying.
Afterwards, bum time. We watched John Wick 2 and the Lord of the Rings The Two Towers but l started to pass out towards the end of LOTRs since l got up so early.
Friday got up and hit downstairs. Singing Mariah and going apeshit. Just embracing the Christmas mood. Bummed all day, playing Demons Souls Remake and watching youtube and Curb your Enthusiasm w MattK. Took it easy all evening, watching shows and playing Demons Souls Remake. Helped someone in the Demons Souls’ facebook page on getting weapons, stones and rocks to level up their weapons.
Paula came through to bring some of her stuff and hang. We did more kbbq since we had so much left over and filled up big time. Ended the night watching this awesome movie The Lodge which, well, just watch it. Saying anything is a spoiler lol. I thought it looked good but l saw the reviews were really good on rottentomatoes and yooo its def worth watching. Watched some Jujutsu Kaisen before passing out around 3am.
Sat got up and worked on this offer w my team and friends and ahhh everyones so on point. Got it sent in and it was accepted and signed back immediately. Very happy for my friends and also happy that because of Covid, their interest rate is insanely low.
Bummed downstairs and spent most the afternoon and evening on Demon’s Souls Remake. So working w people in the facebook group page, l was able to duplicate mad materials to make upgraded weapons. Ended up making a fucking arsenal lol. Posted what l had and helped out 4 people on getting the items and also had fun w them killing invaders while l went back and forth duplicating materials and dropping weapons for them. Now its a full list of fully upgraded weapons lol. I love this game so much. The balance is great between weapons. Every weapon has their pros and cons but there is nothing DOMINATING the scene right now. Its just match ups to remember if you’re using Weapon A and your opponent is using Weapon D, what is match up like. There’s typically a yomi situation where Player A has a solid option, Player B has a counter to that option. Player A has a counter to Player B’s counter and also Player B has a counter to that part. Which loses to Player’s A solid option.
Imagine a game where both players choose to put a pebble in one hand and hold them fist closed and Player A is trying to have the pebble in the hand directly across from Player B’s pebble while Player B is trying to have the pebbles in the hands diagonal from each other. That’s the simplest way l can explain Yomi. We dont have a word for it in English so people refer to the Japanese term.
Friends came through for ANOTHER ROUND OF KBBQ/HOTPOTT YYAYYYYY!!!!!11 So stuffed face and had a really good dinner. Talked w friends online about junk, played more Demons Souls and actually got killed by Gary by chance running into him in a server lol. His character is level 102 while lm level 60. I knew the Invader would be lower level but l didnt think it’d match up people that far apart.
Ended the night watching kdramas and eating cookies. It doesnt take a lot to be happy lol. Just some cookies.
Sunday got up and worked on the newly accepted offer and a closing coming up. Headed out to get stuff for the house and for some kitchen sink repairs. Also got Poke at a new spot close by. VERY happy there is a poke spot close to my house now. There is SO MUCH food options by me, its amazing. Got home and worked w Gary on duping items in Demons Souls Remake for his 2 characters and had fun killing invaders too. Headed back out to get chinese food as Paula and Ngoc cleaned the shit outta my house. Feels so great.
People I helped in Demon Souls Remake get better weapons and teach them tricks on using it and match ups hit me back up showing me their videos on them invading and killing people. It’s really nice to see. The way I see it. If I’m gonna out in time making and learning all these perfect weapons, might as well teach and give it to people so it’s more worth my time.
Paula’s friends came through to hang and they’re a group of chill people. Talked w them bout gaming for a lil. Played beer pong and other games. Lit the hookah and it was a chill night. Played some Demons Souls Remake w Gary. Got him some weapons and ran through some levels together, double teamming invaders. It was a lot of fun lol. Late night, hung out w everyone. Just eating and smoking. Watched the first John Wick cause Amy wanted to see an action movie. Since we just watched John Wick 3, l figure we should watch John Wick 2 again lol. Complete the circle out of order.
12/28 Monday got up and started doing mad work for the new accepted offer and for the closing. Headed out to my office to pick up a gift for my client Christian and hit BJs for mad food and drinks. Hit home and unpacked. Me and Paula ate and watched Fairy tale and then l got on Demon’s Souls Remake w Gary. Duping items again and playing through the game. Laughed a lot as we double teammed a ton of invaders and had even more laughs of the Old King Allant boss fight since he kept taking our soul level down. Gary’s screams just had me dying. Later got on COD and got 4 wins w Goof and Vince in Resurgence. Paula had friends over who were really nice and they played games by my side for a while till we watched John Wick 2 lol. By 230am, l got mad sleepy and knocked out.
Tues got up and hit Christian’s new home for the walk through. The seller’s did a great job on the repairs we requested and then hit closing. Closing went really smooth and lm happy Christian got an amazing home. He was great to work w. The listing agent Travus was also great. It’s bittersweet to go to closing because my interactions w these people each week comes to a close. Dropped off everything at my office and hit home.
Right away, went back out w Brown and Ngoc to BJs again so we could all just buy a lot of stuff and l hate my lack of self control. Good to hang w Brown tho and catch up for a while. Finally got time to eat. Amy made pad thai and l stuffed face. Thank you Amy for the food as always. Got on Demon’s Souls Remake w Gary all night finishing up stuff w our characters and having fun helping out people in the facebook group and jumping people who were invading. Hype to post videos. Weds got up and hit appointments in Philly. Stuffing face w McDonalds and yooo.. Filet fish and a big mac is ALWAYS solid but yo… when THE FUCK DID THEY GET RID OF MCFLURRIES?!?!?!?! WTFFFFFF!! I was ready to regret 30 mins into the future. Met up w Dana and Mike on seeing another home and hit back to send out listings and get a lot of work done not only for other clients but also refinancing my own home.
Got home to chill. Working on and off and playing Demons Souls Remake w Gary. He started a new mage character and we did so much in one day on building this character. Its crazy how fast you can run through this game w 2 people knowing what they’re doing, along w replicating items lol. Had a lot of fun and it was cool other friends we made from the group came back to meet up w us to drop newer items we been getting off people. Laughing at some of the cringy people on the facebook group though. It is ridiculous how people are just angry and conceited. It was funny at first but then it got kinda sad. Def seems like he has some past issues.
Hung out late as me and Paula ate, smoked hookah and watched some Fairy Tale before passing out.
Thurs got up early and hit house showings w Dana and Mike and saw a really good spot that’s actually close to another friend’s home who is also looking to buy. Agent was really nice and hit home to do paperwork for them and myself for my own refinancing.
Hit downstairs and got on Demons Souls Remake w Gary. Got a call back and we got an accepted offer so that’s a good start to the new year. Ran through some levels w Gary and had fun jumping the invaders that came in. He’s just cloaking and firestorming them while l bait them.
Later hit Min’s and glad l got to see everyone again. Just nice being w this group again as l sadly use to get to see a lot of them twice a week and now its once a month, if even. Had drinks, lit the hookah. BrandonB was DJing, Emily was doing the sprinkler, played Kings and l got targeted a lot but thank you Nurdeen for making a rule to drink if they abuse me lol. Just ran around socializing. Met some new people and glad to just be there. Its interesting cause house parties like that, l enjoy being in the mix if things. If l wanna be hype and wild, l can be. If l wanna chill, l can do that too. Partied till 330am and had a lot of fun. Also glad ChrisY traveled back to hang w us.
Got home and some of the guys were over chilling. Smoked hookah and bummed for a lil before hitting upstairs and knocking out.
Friday got up and met up w my mother for paperwork for a while and figuring out things about other homes in China and investment properties here that our family has. Trying to simplify things now since l have like no connection w any of my family in China lol. And l can barely speak the language. It’s just better to solve this out now.
Hit home, working on refinancing my home and later on the girls made the big ass spare ribs l got. Yooo they were so good. So much damn meat. Got on Demons Souls Remake for a while w Gary and his friend Ryan, getting through the game on NG+ and NG++. It actually is really crazy hard from a single bump up. It’s exciting again.
Sat got up for a long day. Working on stuff for the house and stuff for clients. Helping my mother w things she needs to get done is a bit of a…. Challenge lol. Hit downstairs and had a bum evening and night. Just Demons Souls Remake, some COD Warzone w Gary Steve and Kenny which we got a win and omggg… this DMR is a monster. We dont have it upgraded yet lol. Played more Demons Souls Remake and ended the night bumming w everyone, watching the first 3 episodes of Cobra Kai season 3. Def loving it.
Sunday got up late and just did some work and hit downstairs. Amy and Ngoc were already making a big dinner. Rice salmon and broc. Stuffed face and hung out for a while as everyone played Dungeons and Dragons. Thank you for the food as always. Smoked hookah and worked on my side project and then hopped on Demons Souls Remake w Gary, just jumping people. He was destroying their armor w Acid Cloud as l aggro’d them and it was funny to see people do no damage as their weapons and armor were destroyed. Hung out late and watched a ton of Cobra Kai.
1/4 Monday got up and spent the next 4 hours finishing things up for the the new accepted offer and stuff for my refinancing of my home. Hit downstairs to hookah and chill for a lil. Got Pokebowl and went home to eat and finish up season 3 of Cobra Kai. Gahhh such a fun show but ughh, killed it in 2 days. Helped some people on the Demons Souls Remake facebook group of dup’ing weapons and then watched videos on this game Raft lm interested in.
Later got on COD w Vince Goof and Steve and OMGGG the DMR is too good…. We caved… we decided to be part of the problem…… AND LEVEL UP OUR MOTHERFUCKING DMRS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BLAT BLAT BLATT auiosrghaiosdhrgoiahrgoa lol yooo its kinda stupid to use but whatever, we were getting kills but then someone would see us and we’d die instantly. Had fun and did more Demons Souls Remake, finishing my New Game+ on my Dex character to see if l could do it. Hookah and shows and later showed Paula and her friend Its Fresh off the boat and Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia cause THEY NEVER WATCHED EITHER - WHAT THE FUCKKKK so l had to get them into that. We were up mega late. 7am finally went to bed. Back to being bad.
Tues got up a bit later and just did a lil work before hitting downstairs to hang. Super bum day. Amy and Ngoc cooked again ahhh so food was just ready. Played a lil Demons Souls Remake and then it was movie time.
We watched - Wonder Woman 1984…. Ready Player 1…. Batman Hush…. They wanted to keep going but yoo… 3 movies back to back to back is enough for me. I enjoyed all 3 tho. I get Wonder Woman def had some flaws but it wasnt a horrible movie. It had some good moments and there was some inconsistencies. There was also just a few…. That wouldnt happen moments. Ready Player 1 was really dope since lm a gamer. Batman Hush had a cool plot twist. Played a lil more Demons Souls Remake and hung out for a while before passing out around 530am lol.
Weds got up and hit my own closing for refinancing my home. My mortgage went from a 30 yr mortgage of $1650 a month…. To a 15 yr mortgage of $1704 a month lol. The interest rate drop is insane lol. I thought l was gonna be around $1900s or so but yoo… lm not gonna even notice that $54 a month difference. Feeling very relieved.
Hit back to do work for a lil bit and figure out shit w Fedex as a package is missing and their customer service is HORRIBLE. Got downstairs for Demons Souls Remake for a lil while and then COD Warzone late night. This DMR shit is crazy. Its pretty much, if you cant beat’em - join’em situation. It even got nerfed… barely. Stayed up pretty late w everyone watching shit and then ended the night into morning watching the new Kevin Hart stand up special on Netflix that l liked.
Thurs got up and got my haircut in Chinatown. Happy cut my hair as always and he always does an amazing job. Later on, got shisha and coals from Al Sham in NE Philly and hit back. Me and Ngoc at Halal food and bummed and then got to work all afternoon. Very nice chill evening but yooo, l gotta eat less before starting work. I feel so sluggish.
Evening, got on Demons Souls Remake w Gary as always and then later got on COD Warzone again. No wins sadly. Its getting so rough w DMRs everywhere. Even when we use it, its seriously anyones game now. Ended the night w Batman Ninja before passing out.
Friday got up late. Finally got the sleep l needed but l kinda slept the whole day away. Being in the cold and getting lack of sleep def wasnt good as l was def close to being really sick. Got some work done and thankfully my team was around to take care of things l wasnt around for. Hit downstairs and worked on my lil side project for a bit and then made food and hung out w the roomies. Ate and watched some youtube and then got on COD Warzone and we got a win. The DMR is still stupid good and now my DMR is pretty solid. Gotta level it up a lil more to make it exactly how l want though. Played a lil Demons Souls Remake too and then stayed up real late, watching youtube and smoking hookah. Into Sat morning, was still watching youtube and some twitch tv. Checking out this game Raft that seems mad fun and chill. Thinking of getting it but gotta see if the Scumbag Squad would be down to play.
Sat got up pretty late. Hung out downstairs w roomies and friends for a while. Talking bout all sorts of shit. Literally shit was one of them and lm not sure how we even got to the topic lol. Got liquor and headed out to Andy’s surprise party that Cathy and John set up. Good to hang w everyone and just have some drinks and socialize. The food set up was amazing and l stuffed face hard. Hung out till everyone was dead and hit back home. Got wawa on the way back and bummed w everyone for a lil. Watched The Princess Diary and oh man… its so bad looking back at it. But whatever, its 1987. Just saying it didnt age well. Ended up passing out early. My day was literally 9 hours long.
Sunday woke up early. Chugging water like crazy. Laid in bed but from only being awake for 9 hours the day before, I couldnt go back to sleep. Watching a shit ton of news about the storming of the Capitol and its just baffling. Cops taking selfies w the ‘protestors’ as they destroy the Capitol building. Got up finally and did work for a lil and hit downstairs to chill. Played some Demon Souls Remake and helped out some people in the facebook group on new weapons. Me and Gary had fun helping this one guy kill invaders too. Had a bum night. Went out to take care of a ton of things on my personal to do list which is just a lot of bullshit l make important in my life. Bummed downstairs and just hung w everyone. Watched a recap on Attack on Titan seasons 1-3 before passing out.
1/11 Monday got up early. Drove Raul back then me and Ngoc hit Bjs for food. Only got a few things but of course, spent a solid $100 again cause this place sucks my money. I dunno what l even got. Hit back to do work for a lil and then went downstairs to bum w everyone. Smoked hookah, ate a late breakfast since made eggs and bacon for everyone. Back up to do more work and then back down to bum again for a lil. Another trip back up to get stuff done for clients.
