Sup Guys, I’ve made some wrong life choices in my past.
I should’ve been a stripper. I get to dance all night. Girls encouraging me to take it all off which would be great for my confidence. And I get paid!!! I’m trying to think of WHY l didnt become a stripper. Dignity was lost back in high school so dont worry about that.
I bet l’d be retired by now.
KK so past few weeks.
10/22 Thursday still up all night. Figuring out how to fix my upstairs sink, watching gaming and political news and junk. Hit Hmart and Home depot to get a ton of shit. Went to fix my upstairs bathroom sink w the leak by replacing the tail pipe and got mad dumplings for this weekend.
Catching up on more gaming and political news and booking more homes. Hit downstairs to play mad Street Fighter V. Working on new ideas. MattK hung out and watched for a lil before he had to hit work and Jeremiah came down shortly after. He watched some matches and then we played a lot. Watched Supernatural before taking a nap.
Got up and made dumplings and sliced up tuna for me and ZackS as we watched the Presidential Debate. A lot smoother this time but def had some moments. Enjoyed stuffing face and hanging w Zack, talking bout tons of stuff world problem wise. Jeremiah Brando and Alex came through later too. Smoked hookah and had a good time hanging out. Afterwards, watched a few videos and passed out.
Friday woke up early. Had a big day. Started off doing mad laundry and working on that throughout the day. Got some work done early. Hit downstairs and got lunch for everyone from Plum Tree Garden and stuffed face while watching some episodes of Supernatural. Played a lot of Street Fighter V again preparing for the online tournament on Sunday that The Reversal is hosting and later on headed out for house showings.
Met up w Dana and Mike and we checked out several properties but was really set on one. Good hanging w Dana again after over a year and really nice meeting Mike. Chill evening seeing homes and then afterwards hit home to do work and work on an offer for them. Watching political and gaming news on the side. Sent out more listings to other friends who are searching.
Hit NJ to visit my lil sister Allison and the NYC squad and had a small party at the air bnb. Played Stack Cup which is always funny and we added in a third cup to add to the chaos. It was a mess but l liked it a lot more that way. Played Kings and died laughing. All categories were Pokemon related. Dragon type pokemon. Evolution stage 2 pokemon. Non 1st generation Pokemon… then when someone did original 151 Pokemon… ‘Catapillar’ lollol we were dying. Made maddd dumplings, had the hookah lit and also brought 22 bottles of Soju. It was a really good night and nice making some new friends. Night ended w a lot of karaoke. Hit home late to shower and sleep.
Sat got up and hit back to the air bnb. Im glad it was so close by. We left to Six Flags and yooo we got there so early, no lines. We hit Nitro twice that was a lot of fun and pretty much almost all the mandatory rides. El Taro still the best. Its just intense the whole time. And the big drop ride was still the scariest. It was funny to hear the other guys scream which momentarily distracted me from being scared cause l was thinking wow they’re even more scared than l am. Had fun killing bees when we got lunch and just had a good time in general. My legs and feet were killing though.
Got back to the air bnb to eat, drink and hookah. Bummed out watching mad kpop videos. Back out to Night of Terror which was alright. Sunday got up early again. Hit downstairs to chill for a lil and work fixing up things and then headed out for house showings w Mike and Sam. First time l got to see them in a while. Glad we got to spend time together and the house hunting was nice and chill. We saw 3 really nice homes and there is clear pros and cons w each. Afterwards hit home and did some calls real quick for some new follow ups.
Got on Street Fighter V for the tournament The Reversal 3 which l went only 1-2. Lost to 2 GrandMasters. Sooo yeaaaa.. Just being Diamond, its not easy lol. Played some COD and got a win w the guys and watched political news before sleeping.
10/26 Monday got up late and did work. Sent out listings, followed up on an offer and talked people through steps of buying a home. Headed out to get food at a fairly new spot by me try this crab meat poboy which was really good. Played COD Warzone w the guys for a while and watched videos w the roomies late night. Ended the night watching The Babysitter 2 on Netflix and some Supernatural. Hit my room to catch up on gaming and political news lol.
Tues got up kinda late. Not sure why lve been so drained lately. Worked on an offer and started up friends on the home buying process. Kinda crazy how October is becoming a big month for me now all of a sudden but it’s good. Got some chinese food and did some work and watched some videos on the election and pandemic. Played COD Warzone w the guys for a bit and we got 2 wins. High ground advantage and some circle luck. Hung out w everyone downstairs for a while watching more videos till l got mad sleepy.
Weds got up late and got ready for Mary’s birthday dinner. Linda set it up and we met up at Temperance House for a nice dinner. Got to catch up w the team and we talked about a ton of stuff including real estate of course but a lot was about just how crazy the world has been lately during this time of the pandemic. Good to spend time w everyone and the burger l got was pretty good. Had calls inbetween. A few old friends are ready to buy homes and yea… lm still surprised that late October is giving me a wave of new buyers. Excited to get friends started and right now getting everyone pre-approved and sending out listings.
Hit home afterwards and settled in. Got on COD Warzone and we got 3 wins. Pretty solid playing and a lot of good positioning. Also got my first Juggernaut kill in solos. Back to mad late night political and gaming news.
Late night watched Train to Busan Peninsula and Get me Roger Stone.
Thurs morning was still up. Doing work for the offer and for other friends close to making an offer all morning. Doing research on the side on both homes and politics. Its crazy obsessive l am w politics now. I never thought l’d be this way. Slept finally around lunch time.
Got up late. Did work for the offers again and hit downstairs to eat and bum. Got on COD Warzone w the guys but sadly no wins. Played late and hung out w Jeremiah watching some Supernatural into Friday morning.
Friday got up late and worked a bit more on these offers. One wrapped up pretty much and another getting put together. Got on Steam to play w the Scumbag Squad and we played GTFO which is really fun but really hard. Its a 4 person survival shooter. Made by the same guys of Payday 2 which is also an amazing game. Got one level done after a few tries and that felt impossible. 2nd part was of course even harder. Hit down to play some COD Warzone for a lil and watch The Mandalorian season 2 as that just started up. Watched some videos on youtube, politics, gaming and some Ted-Ed. Ended the night watching some Supernatural w Raul and Jeremiah before sleeping.
Sat got up in the afternoon and headed out to Maryland. Got to Brandon’s and we pregamed and sang karaoke. Good catching up w the Bui brothers and some newer friends l’ve made from this group recently. Had fun singing songs, mostly songs that are easy to sing if you’ve heard it enough. Headed to Kpot to party and yooooo first off the snow crab legs. John cooked it up for us again and this sauce he did with it was ridiculous. The Snow crab legs were HUGE and yooo.. Aoirhgaoidshrgaoi my fucking god… l just chewed on it like beef jerky, not joking. Just had it sit in my mouth and just chewed on it.
Ok so about the party itself instead of listening to my fat ass. Chris was working the bar and l just went back there and set up drinks. Just grabbed bottles and made a concoction of calpico and soju. Made a few pitchers of that. Brought up flavored soju in general. The beer was free for all behind the tap. Christine, one of the waitresses ended up staying to hang out w us too. Had fun running around and making our own fun and its just weird everytime l think about what REALLY happens at a party. You just make your own fun w what you got. Just like a sandbox style video game. If you have fun people, you’ll always have fun regardless of the location. Of course, having a bar to ourselves makes it easy lol. Just ran around being dumb and socialized all night. Also David aka Trus came through and it was my first time hanging out w him in person in YEARS even tho we play COD Warzone together so its not like l really missed him or anything. Video games is cool like that. Was on video chat w Vanessa as well as more of the COD Warzone players we play w. It was cool to video chat w all them. Its just crazy and cool how you can make friends through a video game and then become real life more personal friends later on. I forgot about daylight savings time and at 1:18am l was like… is this the first 1:18am or the 2nd one? I dunno how tired l should be lol. Partied till late and then hung at Kpot even longer. We were there till almost 6am lol. They were trying to out drink each other and lm thinking wtfff.. Finally ended the night and hit back to Goof’s to sleep.

11/2 Monday got up in the evening. Talked w clients and booked homes for later in the week. Hit downstairs and got on COD for a lil w the guys. Got a win and then caught up on news like usual late night. Crazy how the election is here. Def fears w whats gonna happen in all major cities regardless who wins. Did more work mad late night. Slept early despite only being awake for like 8 hours.
Tues got up early as hell. Did a TON of work. Booked more homes and watched some Street Fighter V matches w high level Ed players to take notes and try out things. Not too much to figure out anymore but every now and then l see something interesting.
Headed out to get Marisa at the train station and drove her to go vote since they fucked up sending her mail in ballot. It was quick and then we got food and massages lol. Def needed it big time. Hit BJs to get more stuff for the house and then hit back to chill. Watched stuff for the election for a while before a nap. Got up later to chill and then took Marisa back to the train station. Good to hang w her for a lil and then got food at JB Dawson’s. Hit home to do work on an offer and book homes. Homes are damn flying off the market. Its so aggressive. Hit downstairs to eat and watch more stuff on the election. Watched for a while.
Later on got on COD Warzone. Got a win w the Juggernaut suit again. 4 wins, 1 loss w the Juggernaut suit so far. Def a fun win and then ended the night w more news on the election. Keeping track of it hardcore and talked w a lot of friends about it all over facebook and IG, along w the guys that were over.
Weds got up and got to work. Booking more homes as the showings are endless. This is a good thing. Headed out to house showings w Christian and Amy and checked out some properties not far from me. The first home turned out to be really good and lm glad we found it. Hit home and got on COD but yooo it was a rough night. No breaks. Got a loadout and killed right when we got it. Got Red access cards then got jumped right away. Got to a new area just to be bountied immediately by a close team. Afterwards, hit upstairs to catch up on news while making changes on an offer and working on the refinancing of my own home.
Thurs got up and did some work before house showings. Met up w Will and we checked out a spot not too far. It was good to catch up w him and have a lil house hunting. Afterwards, stuffed face w beef stew my Mother made me and got on COD. Got 2 wins and a second place in Solos gahhhh second place hurts so bad. Hung out late w everyone, watching clips on youtube, talking bout the election and ended the night watching The Mandalorian and doing a lil work for another offer being sent in.
Friday got up and chilled for a lil. Checking up w clients and headed to Philly for a house showing w Mitch and Luna. Checked out a spot that had a great location, gated parking and solid bedrooms but the living room was a bit too tight. Hit home, got JB Dawson’s and played some COD. Got a win and had fun playing w the guys. Watched more news and chilled w everyone downstairs for a while.
Sat got up to Brown saying we’re leaving to hit the bank and l quickly showered and ran out. He sold another one of his cars. Crazy he’s down from 8 to 4. I feel bad it hurts him but… its good for him lol. 8 is ridiculous. We need to find him a home w a big garage. He can restart his collection there. Though I will be sad since it’s easy to hang being right across the street. So we did the bank thing and then got cheesesteaks from Steve’s and hit back to chill. Watched Borat 2. It was ok. It has its moments but its mostly just laughing at people reacting to his shit. I get the overall messages and stuff but l was expecting more.
Afterwards, got on COD for a while w the guys and got an early win. Got a fast quad kill w a grenade launcher too. I love that thing. Watched some videos and ate and then maddd late night, sent out listings to clients. My friends are prob all thinking ‘why is my realtor sending me listings at 445am? Did he not sleep or did he just wake up?’
Sunday got up in the evening and started booking more homes for Monday and Tues. Hit downstairs to bum and got on COD Warzone and got an early win. Hit Stadium a lot and we kept getting 1 of the 3 keycards where l had to trail and error the missing numbers till l got in. Happened 4 times but no Juggernaut suit sadly. Back upstairs to send out more listing changes and upload pics on Facebook.
