I love my staff. We’re on the same page. They’re fun to joke around with and there is a really good team spirit among us. Our venue is amazing and as we’re getting more and more customers, I’m glad friends are visiting more often than expected. Part of it is me realizing more of my party friends live in NE Philly where I use to assume everyone lives downtown. It’s still kinda crazy to add on something big on my life since l’ve been practically doing the same thing for the past 8 years and it’s been really chill. I’m pretty spoiled and lm lucky l can be.
12/4 Weds got up in the evening and knocked out a tonnn of work and personal shit. My to do lists def give me anxiety as they pile up but they keep me so organized and l also feel relieved knowing nearly everything is written down. I also forget, so many things on my to do list like email listings to 3 clients can take me up to 20 mins max and though it sounds daunting on paper, its seriously only 20 mins. I’m always done everything l plan to do sooner than l expected.
Later on, got on COD MW and we knocked out another Spec Ops - Kuvalda. It was pretty fun and yea, going stealth in the start makes a huge difference. Had fun w Beezer, Vince and Gary and it was mostly Beezer and Gary doing all the sniping and me and Vince backing them up if they missed. Played a lil 10v10 domination and then bummed w the guys that were over for D&D.
Thurs woke up and went straight to Voix. Got there and started building stuff and ran errands and worked on schedules and events. Went over some stuff w the bottle girls and yoooo SOFT OPENNININGIGNIGNGINSGNOI!!!!!!!!!!!
Mad friends made it through, all tables booked w bottles, had soooo many friends make it and it was a crazy fun night. Ran around, introducing friends mostly and the bottle girls were giving tours until we needed everyone on tables. Soft opening was more of a grand opening but that means more money to Voix and l want the girls to have a kinda stressful night lol. If they can handle a crazy night, they can handle anything. Was really happy about the night and was pretty beat.
Drove Angie and Nicah back and hit back to my office to get a check and deposit it and hit home.
Friday got up and did mad real estate work and then straight to Voix and worked on shit all evening and Chris gave his presentation about the photobooth l set up. Presentation went well and guests were really enjoying it. Me Marisa and bottle girls were having fun w it too lol. Chill night and slowly customers came through but l always freak out at like 9pm but forget, l dont even go out till midnight lol. Ended the night at Ngoc’s where we bummed late and l ate a ton of junk before sleeping..
Sat got up and we got dim sum w the guys. They all hit PAX Philly for board games and l just hit home and did work and then got to Voix to work w Marisa for a while. More bottles were being popped as a few groups came in already set. Met A LOT of new people and yooo using alll my tricks to memorize the names of people. The night went very well and the girls were mad on point w customer service. Had a lot of fun just hanging and drinking w customers and made some new friends.
Hit home afterwards to chill w the guys and smoke hookah and bummed all night.
Sunday got up and Helena joined to shadow me for house showings. Helena recently just joined the team and we hit up Jaleesa and Jade’s place and took them out house showing. We saw a ton of properties and found 2 we really like. Showings went pretty well and we got a lot done in a single night. Hit home afterwards to do work for Jaleesa and other clients then late night joined the guys on COD.
We played some multiplayer games and yooo we had a full 6 and switched to 6v6 games where we were destroying. Just 10v10….. MULTIPLE GAMES, we were all the top 6 while the rest of our team SUCKED SO BAD lm talking… 6 kills 29 deaths. WTF IS THAT SHIT, JUST DISCONNECT AT THIS POINT!!!!!!!!!!111

Did some Spec Ops when we dropped to 4 and this 3rd mission is pretty rough. Its all bout Sentry guns again lol. Later on, bummed w the guys that were over and Ngoc came through too. Played this game We’re all Doomed that Ngoc got from PAX and we played for close to 2 hours. It got late fast. Ended the night watching The Mandalorian. I highly enjoy it. I dont care if there isnt much of a plot. It’s a Mandalorian fucking shit up.
12/9 Monday got up in the evening and did work and ordered more dress clothes for Voix. The performance dress shirts are really nice. Feel great and good for running around. Made food for me and Raul and then got on COD w the guys for a while playing multiplayer and some Spec Ops. Ended the night watching IT 2 which I REALLY LIKED A LOT!!! Ended the night watching Good Boys again and yoooo its seriously the new Superbad.
Tuesday got up and hung w Raul and Brando and watched Capcomfighters twitch about all the new Vskill 2s for Street Fighter 5. Did work in the evening and then it was FGC night at my house. Mad friends came through as always and had fun playing games and bumming. Brown and me hit BJs to get mad food. We ended the night betting money on Salty Bets and yooo l lost $54… I was doing fine with $1-4 bets and then went ham w $10 bets… over and over again…. It went bad fast lol. Oh well, if l lose money, atleast its to friends.

Weds got up and chilled w the guys all evening. Nothing too crazy. Played a lil Jedi Fallen Order which lm enjoying. Its seriously Star Wars Dark Souls in SOOOO many ways. It’s not AS good as Dark Souls but its still overall fun. Storyline isnt too bad.
Hit Voix for training on the bottle girls and ran through a few practice runs over and over again. Had fun w the team doing it and we all learned a few things as some situations came up to discuss and there was stuff other staff didnt know bout along w me and it was just really good overall for us. It was more effective than l expected.
Hit home and we watched gaming videos and junk and chilled… till 730am…….
Thurs got up and hit house showings w Christy and saw 2 she really liked. House showings were pretty chill and we were all over Philly. Hit home to nap cause l was dying and got up in the evening and did some more Jedi Fallen Order and bummed.
Later hit Voix and friends came through for the free food testing. Hung out in the restaurant and then later on the lounge. KennyP came through for his birthday and got bottles and so we got this big ass fishbowl thingy and Kenny turned it into a jungle juice container lol. Green tea and Johnnie Walker lol. It was pretty funny and good tho. Had fun partying and hit home late to just bum and play Jedi Fallen Order.
Friday got up and did work all evening. Chilled w Raul and then ChrisH made it through. He destroyed my ass in Pokemon. Hit Voix later on and the staff is just really fun. Stuffed face and drank a lil and later hit home to chill w the guys. Just a bum night and me and House ended the night working on team building for my Pokemon team. Changing up the Galarian Weezing big time and taaking out Drednaw cause he was just like… dying. Def enjoying the new build and excited to have it finished.
Sat got up and yoo.. We just watched Capcom Cup all day and all night. Bet on matches. Since there was SO MAANY matches, it was just $1-3 bets and l was on fire with my bets. Def a lot of really good matches and then hit Voix at night. Multiple bottle poppers and more friends came through Voix that lm finding out live in the Northeast. Jumping between tables all night and hanging w friends.
Ended the night back at home chilling w the guys late night again.
Sunday got up and watched the rest of Capcom Cup. Made bets and won $23 going l think 18-6 on my bets. Matches were pretty hype and lm happy iDom won. Hit my room to book homes and then back down to chill. Friends playing board games, video games and we were testing stuff on the new patch update for Street Fighter V. Sooooo much to test out now. Had fun chilling w the guys and at 3am had to knock out.
12/16 Monday got up and hit house showings w Siqi and checked out some potential. Was in one of the craziest homes since it was $750k and a corner property in Upenn. Got food from M Kee and yoo… seriously love that place. Hit home to the guys and stuffed face and chilled.
Called my God grandmother for her birthday and l def gotta figure out a time to visit her. Ended the night on COD MW w the guys for a while and we were destroying at first on multiplayer but later on, that bridge map is SOOOO ONE SIDED gahhh winning on that map doesnt even feel good. Did some Street Fighter V testing for Ed before knocking out.
Tues got up and hit house showings w Christy and saw a bunch of homes in the evening. The rain didnt help and it was pretty cold out. Afterwards, got Mimi and met up w ChrisC. Me and Mimi got Terakawa ramen and yooo its seriously the best ramen spot in Philly. Afterwards, stopped by jwl and got to say yoo to Johanas and had a drink and caught up w Eric for a bit. Dropped off Mimi and then hit back for FGC night but was kinda knocked out the entire time.
Weds got up early and got mad shit done. Hit Giant for a ton of food and did a ton of real estate work in the morning. Hit me bi-yearly std testing and then hit home to work on Street Fighter V for a while.
Later on the guys got on for COD and we were on fire for a while when we had a big full team. Always nice when we got 6 guys together. The communication is DEF where we do the best. Sometimes l tell Goof to fuck capturing points and just get the killstreaks up to help us out and it works great. Plus I know Goof likes just killing people lol.
Afterwards, Rickwa had a stream and played him and his friends on Street Fighter V. Didnt really feel too different. Did really well and then ended the night watching the 2nd Matrix movie.
Thursday slept alll day… Got up and chilled w Brando and Plural a lil before heading out. Hit Voix and friends popped bottles and yooo… seriously had the best time and still shocked lm getting paid to eat and drink for free. Its ridiculous. Its my job to make sure people have fun but you guys know ld be doing exactly what I’m doing at Voix with or without pay. Just hung out, met some cool new people. Me and this dude Vinny talked about EVERYTHINGGG. Talking w StephT(lil) about her bday event and hitting up StephT(big) which l find funny they have the exact same name and are friends. Richard came w a crew too and hung out w them and then ended the night with them upstairs in VIP 2 for more drinks.
Hit home to work on my Pokemon team for a while w House and Chang online and watched more Matrix 2.
Friday got up early as balls and me and Brown hit the movies to see Star Wars ep 9 which I liked. Plot twist yooooo def liked it. We got Red Robin afterwards and stuffed face and then hit my place for hookah and checked out The Witcher on Netflix which l like and they make some cool references.
Afterwards, napped then hit Voix and Elena and Molly were working w me. People came and popped bottles early and just had a fun night drinking and chilling. Food was banging as always and closed up at 2am and hit home to chill w the guys. Made left over Voix food and watched more Witcher while doing some work.
Sat got up late. Was so dead from all the drinking thurs and fri. Its fun and all but yoo… the bottle poppers love drinking w people lol. Had South Park on the side while doing work all evening and got so much done. Hit Voix and Vee Chris and Solena came through to chill. Had drinks and caught up and figured out plans for the rest of Christmas break. Sent the bottle girls home a bit early but a bit too early cause more people started coming through and me Tommy and Eric ended up being Bottlemen for the night lol. Glad Vee Chris and Solena made it and had fun drinking soju. Something l prefer to drink haha. We sent the bottle girls home early but then people came to get bottles so me Tommy and Eric ran out as the Bottle Men squad!!!!!11 Had fun doing it and hung w this squad past closing.
Hit home to play Street Fighter V all night on Ranked and against JustinR’s new Gill. Def glad he’s playing him so l can quickly learn the match up.
Sunday got up late and guys came over for board games and we chilled. Played some Street Fighter V against JustinR and online and got my ranked points even closer to Super Diamond. Bummed and we watched a ton of Netflix and slept early… being 3am.
12/23 Monday got up early as balls and hit final walk through for Phil and Kristen’s home. Got lunch at Chili’s and MikeD called to wish me Happy Holidays just as Kristen mentioned MikeD lol. Closing went super smooth and the home is amazing. The bedroom sizes are just all reasonably bigger and its just one of the best benefits of new construction homes. Congrats guys!!!!! And thank you guys again for your 3rd real estate transaction with me. And thank you JimS for the referral.
Hit my office to drop off the check and my team got me a nice gift. Well two gifts. A useful tight bag for small items and a gift card for Harvest which lm hype to try out after looking Yelp reviews. Thank you guys!!
Hit back home and jumped in the car w Brown for Willow Grove Mall so he can return some stuff and dude… we walk in and there is Brando… Of alllll times. This mall isnt even close to us. I think its the 6th time I’ve ever gone there. MattK came through too and we ran around stores, l got new black dress shoes from Express. Had fun and good hanging and hit back. Smoked hookah w Jeremiah for a lil and watched Netflix Dont Fuck w Cats. Mad good.
Headed back out to KOP Mall and met up w Mimi to shop around. Got chocolates and found clothes and we had a full fun night shopping. Mall wasnt stupid packed like l thought it would be. Stuffed face at Shake Shack and later on got bubble tea. Kinda killed it all… oops.. Chilled till closing and then headed back home to chill w Jeremiah Brando and Plural smoking hookah and watching anime. Ended the night watching the RonnyC stand up on Netflix.
Tuesday got up early as balls and booked homes Christy added on and then my sister Allison and Cliff came through. They made us lunch and we just got to eat and catch up. They also got me the game Codnames, a board game lm hype to try. I just like logical thinking board games the most. Where there is also deception. Its the perfect mix for any addicting game. Texas Hold’em for example. Glad they came through as l didnt get to see them any other time during this little break.
Afterwards, hit homes with ChristyN and we saw 2 we really liked and now have enough favorites to relook at them. Weather has been so random for house showings. Came home and headed to BJs and bought a ton of food and then hit home for FGC dumpling sessions night. Played some Pokemon and liking the adjustments to my team. Bummed, made these nerdddsss food and just had a good time chilling.
Weds got up and bummed in the afternoon. Worked on my Street Fighter V punish guide for the adjustments made and also played a bit online ranked. Dropped off stuff at my Mom’s and bummed w Ari, my sister’s dog as l felt bad she was just home bored.
Hit Vee’s and got to hang out w the whole family and l brought candy and play doh for the kids. Glad it was still a popular choice. Hung w the kids a lot and ahhh l love chilling w kids. They just dont give a shit cause they’re too little to give a shit so talking w them is really open and honest… and funny. Drank a lil w the rest of the family and had a good time catching up w everyone. Glad to spend time w Vee and Dan in general since l dont get to see them that much each year. Really happy to spend time with them all and catch up.
Hit home to bum and played more Street Fighter V. Ended the night w Jeremiah watching videos on Pokemon about some of the big threats in the current meta to plan how to play against them cause we’re not interested in using them.
Thurs got up early as balls and did a ton of work while watching South Park on the side. Later on hopped on COD w the guys and ahhhhh SO FUN hahaha we were destroying. All these kids who got it for Christmas. I didnt see that many low level players but Goof pointed out, people coulda paid to level up highly so who knows. We were destroying online and had a lot of fun.
Later on Brown came over and joined me and Jeremiah and then we watched the Joker movie which l really liked A LOT. Like it made A LOT of sense to explain a realistic modern Joker. It was a movie about mental health if anything. Def interesting. Took a nap after and then got up to chill w the guys and worked on my Street Fighter 5 punish guide. Ended the night watching and finishing The Mandalorian which l really loved.
Friday couldnt sleep so got back up at 6am and woke up Jeremiah and Plural and made food, lit the hookah and watched The Witcher till 730am and dropped off my car for multiple stuff at the Honda Dealer. Did work during the day and slept all afternoon and evening. Got up and Jeremiah got me to the Honda dealer but car wasnt ready and he drove me to Voix.
Work was fun and we talked bout special events coming up. A lot going on. New Years Eve. Grand opening. Chinese New Years and SuperBowl. I love planning big events. ChrisH hit me up he’s in Lancaster and can visit late night.
Jeremiah got me after work and ChrisH came over. Plural Brando and Chang came through too. Worked on my Pokemon team and picking Grimmsnarl as my anti dragon specifically for Dragapult and Dracovish. We put stuff in the Pokemon Calculator to play w scenarios and yooo lm hype for this Grimmsnarl. Played a lot of Street Fighter V w ChrisH against his Gill and learned a lot more on that match up. Ended the night just bumming w the guys and its nice having Chris back. Its like he never left.
