Video games, foosball, poker, 13. It's crazy how we've been betting on everything too lol. It makes things exciting. I have a very addictive personality and this is badddd. But I'm having fun so whatever.
KK past 2 weekssss..
2/28 Weds got up at 12pm to do work. Working w a bank…. It’s hell everytime. When rumors are true everytime, it becomes fact lol. Hit my Mother’s dental office to get my teeth cleaned more and then worked on stuff for real estate and DNA nightlife all evening. Got some time in Dragonball FighterZ and yooo its suchhh a good game. Its flaws is more networking and how much of a hassle it is to fight your friends online. They’re patching it pretty well though. The overall gameplay is great though and any Dragonball Fan in general is loving how well done it is and all the references and small detail they put in.
Later on had house showings w Jeff and had a good time hanging. Checked out some potential and then later hit Vince’s to play poker. Gahhh… theres seriously this curse when l count chips and take a pic. Was up $25 and took a pic and counted chips to see if l could maintain my +$25… ended up -$37. Im mad superstitious and lm trying to ‘break the curse’ so l know it doesnt matter lol but its not helping. Went even on David on foosball.
Hit home to do work while watching Planet Earth 2 all night and catching up on my gaming news.
Thurs woke up sick. Gahhh… l hate being sick. Did work all evening and played some Dragonball w JustinJ and he got me 5-1. Still learning. I’ll get him next time. Watching Ancient Aliens and eating this pasta stuffing thing Jeremiah made which was amazing. More DBFZ and then hit house showings again w Jeff and saw a home a bit too out of the middle of nowhere. Hit The Lab and went 3-2 in Street Fighter 5. Could’ve possibly beat Matt(Plural) if l didnt drop the same combo twice in the final round, final hit. Thats what l get for not practicing.

Afterwards, got Inshal and hit Nicah’s pregame and had drinks and lit the hookah and had a good time w everyone. Introducing friends to friends and then we hit Noto. Ran around, delivering remaining tickets, counting monies and getting friends into VIP and then getting drinks. Tory Lopez did a good job hyping up the crowd. Finally got to relax late night in Jomel/Mike’s table in my favorite table spot. The right side back corner cause it seats more people, theres more room infront of it and theres the area ontop on the side of the seating to dance on. And its a great view. Partied till close to closing and hit back late night.
Friday still sick. Just did work all day and played some DBFZ and then headed out and got TinaT and hit pregame at John’s place. Had fun drinking w some old bboy friends and smoking hookah and headed out to Noto. The event wasnt bad but the snow killed the potential huge crowd we coulda had. Had drinks and hit Johnnie Walker after for drinks and seeing friends and got Halal guys to end the night.
Sat got up and hit Domkey’s for Rosie’s surprise birthday. 5pm surprised her and had drinks and we played a lot of DBFZ. God Andriod 16 is so much fun. Doing the Self Destruct over and over till Bounme and Dom wouldnt ever fall for it again. We were learning stuff together. Drank and hookah and just had a good time being w everyone. We hit Sugarhouse as they wanted to gamble and lost $210 on craps mad fast cause bad dice kept rolling IMMEDIATELY. Shit wouldn't even ride out for a bit. So then yolo’d $100 on black at Roulette over and over again till l made $300 profit lol. Tipped out $10 and walked away happy being up $80 after all of that. Got cheesesteaks and back to Domkey/Rosie’s for drinks and hookah. Played HORSE w hookah tricks and bounced around 130am.
Hit Johnnie Walker Lounge’s 1 yr anniversary and holy shit all of Chinatown was there. Got a drink and just socialized w friends. Got to see a lot of friends out. Hit back to Nicah’s for an after party that lasted till 5am. Smoking hookah and eating food of course.
Sunday got up late and we hit Miller’s Ale house for dinner as so many places had a long wait. Got mad food and godddd filet how l love you. Food is always great there. Hit Vince’s after and tried to break the curse again. Went -$80. HOLY SHIT things werent hitting and if l’d get a boat, someone got a bigger boat. Lost to David in foosball for $1 and then lost in teams against David and Elwyn for $1 lol. But being up $80 from Sugarhouse evened it out. I could’ve been -$310 if it hit Red that first spin so l’ll take being even lol. Hit home to do work for a while and read some gaming news. Later ate and watched Dexter w Nicah.
3/5 Monday got up at 11am. Did work all day at my desk and later on got JB Dawson w Nicah. We both got the Filet Oscar, one of the only steaks you ever need to get. Stuffed face and hit back to do more work and watch the Sex and the City movie lol.
Later on hit Vince’s for poker and ughhhh such bad hands… Lost -$80. Sometimes l just gotta fold all night lol. Hit Nicah’s late night and watched They Look Like People which was an interesting movie but man…. I wish that guy was really right. Def a cool movie though.
Tues morning drove Nicah to work and hit house showings w Jeff in the evening. Hit home to do work and work on offers and got groceries and then back out to get Nicah from the train station.
Hit Vince’s for poker and won $12. Nicah won over $50 good shit babbbeeeee lol. We have such a gambling problem. Smoked hookah and we also were playing 13. Every asian girl’s favorite card game. Hit home to do work before knocking out.
Weds worked all evening and later on hopped on Monster Hunter w Adam, Weili and Eric. Just helping people on their quests but l really gotta work on mine soon to level up some. Later on we made this Shelled chicken alfredo dish I saw online and wanted to try. The whole house had some and we just hung out for a lil.
Lit the hookah and me Nicah and Jeremiah watched the whole season of Re:Mind on Netflix which l liked alot. If you like Pretty Little Liars and Mean Girls, you should watch it. I REALLY liked it but had some ending questions which is the same for everyone else. Still, there was a lot of ‘ohhhhh shittttt’ moments. I liked the concept a lot too.
Thurs did work all evening and played some Dragonball FighterZ against JustinJ. He beat my ass pretty bad. I sadly havent gotten to sink much time into the game but lm really loving it. Just anime fighters and tag games arent my forte. But the game is so fun, I dont even care getting my ass beat. I do wanna get way better but just so the matches are more fun and l get more opponents in tournament. Not trying to go pro w this game.
Dug out my car and me and Nicah got groceries and then watched Dexter while eating for a while. Ended the night practicing a lot of DBFZ lol.
Friday got up late and did work for the evening. Hit Nicah’s to bum and we got pho ahhh god l love pho. Pho is still in my top 5 favorite foods. Once was #1 but I think Lobster is still #1. We hit JohnS’s pregame and smoked hookah and had drinks and had a fun pregame. I like a lot of John’s friends I’ve been meeting the past few weeks too. Hit Noto and partied there for a bit after taking care of tickets. Got into VIP w Moises and we partied there till 1am or so and then hit Johnnie Walker to visit friends. Partied at Johnnie till closing and Johnnie is always good to go to end the night as its like everyones after party spot. Everyone really knows everyone there which l like a lot. Ended the night at Nicah’s making meatballs and buffalo wings which were a really good choice. Smoked hookah and hung till late and hit back home. Caught up gaming news and played some DBFZ before knocking out.
Sat got up late and just made more pasta and meatballs. Ate while watching Dexter w Nicah and then hit Marisa/Zack’s to hang. Played Jackbox games from all versions and later on hit the hot tub. Hot tub felt soooo good but then its so painful being out of it lol. Smoking hookah in the hot tub is mad relaxing though. Ended the night playing a bunch of games of Catan. Dropped off Nicah and hit home and me and Jeremiah hung out and made food and then later caught up on my gaming news.
Sunday hit JohnP’s for gaming. Friends were playing Pump Up and I was playing DBFZ w friends on and off. God Android 16 is so good. I really gotta learn to fight as a team though. Its like Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 w my Akuma. He’d just go in and XFactor and kill everyone. Android 16 sparking blasts and does the same. Nice meeting some new people and played some Street Fighter 5 too.
Afterwards, hit Vince’s for hot pot. GODDDDD I love hot pot lol. Turned on Tekken 7 for friends and others played foosball. Played poker and won $32 and Nicah won $3. We played a lot of 13 too. Hit home to do mad work before knocking out.
3/12 Monday got up late and did work in the evening and then ran errands w Nicah. The bank, my parent’s house, my office, Home Depot, Hmart and then back home. Hit Vince’s later and made dumplings and David brought back spring rolls so we feasted. So simple and so good. We played a lot of 13 for money this time and l won $12. Next we played some Catan then we played Poker lol. Lost $6 in poker and then we played 13 again… for 3 hours somehow. Won $9 and l dunno how time flew by but yooo… 13 is mad fun. Drove Nicah home mad late and then hit home to book house showings and send out listings.
