It’s such a good feeling to knock out this goal finally. It just makes me feel much better about my future. Hoping to have another property soon as an investment property. We’ll see. I’d like to have a bunch of properties by the time l’m 40. But now that l got the home knocked out, I’m going to go back to all the health check up things l gotta do for myself.
Also with networking, it seems like my network has been able to help out a lot more lately. I always wanted to figure out a way to capitalize on my network and yea, my network is my real estate clients, people who come out to the club and l can help bring people out to stuff but lately it’s been a lot more specific on connecting the right people together in a non romantic way lol. The thing is.. How do you make money for setting people up w the right people? Esp if they’re your friends ya know? You cant. I plan to do the Steve Jobs thing… surround myself w great people and be great cause l put them all in the same room together. We’ll see. I have a good feeling about the future in general.

1/26 Thurs headed out to get sushi from Shogun. Got a ton and hit Nicah’s to eat and watch shows. Stuffed face and then we headed out to Vince’s for game night. We just ended up playing mad games of Mafia all night which was mad fun. Thuy is seriously the best mafia because she is innocent in general so we can never suspect her. Its god damn ridiculous. Very fun night playing so much as Mafia is my overall favorite party game and l mean party game like get together kinda game. Drinking wise, its beer pong easily, cause lm God. Me and Nicah hung w Vince and Thuy for a lil while after as well before hitting home.
Friday me and Nicah got up to do volunteer work at the Red Cross. Yayyy… lm all bout good deeds and stuff but l rather donate money than give up my time. So parked my car and well… l didnt realize if you pay for parking in a spot that you have already been in, you double your fee, then triple it… yeaaa $30 in parking by the end of the day. I shoulda just ran out each time to pay for it w the ticket thingy. Hindsight really we shoulda just Uber’d for $3 lol. Well you live and learn right. Volunteering was meh lol but it kept Nicah from being bored there alone.
Afterwards, we got food at Capital Grill for restaurant week. Steak mmMMmm so damn good. Just the whole meal really. Hit back and we napped yasss and then got up to hit her FISDU event. Met more people in FISDU and had a good time refreshing up and playing Mahjong. So l never fully got all the rules down watching my parents and grandparents play. But its mostly logic w a little bit of luck. I like the decision making you have to do. Very nice meeting them all and hanging out w some a second time.
Afterwards, we got food at Capital Grill for restaurant week. Steak mmMMmm so damn good. Just the whole meal really. Hit back and we napped yasss and then got up to hit her FISDU event. Met more people in FISDU and had a good time refreshing up and playing Mahjong. So l never fully got all the rules down watching my parents and grandparents play. Got drinks and just had a good time acting weird on the dance floor most the night. Had to shoulder check some people who were just doing that jump back ignorant shit hitting other people. There are unwritten rules you belligerent assholes. Afterwards, hit home to watch Its Always Sunny while eating left overs. Funny how l say ‘home’ as in Nicah’s.
Sat morning left Nicah’s and hit my office to get a check, hit Wells Fargo and hit home to do work for a while. Afterwards, hit JohnP’s for the Overwatch LAN w Scumbag Squad. Just mad games of Overwatch where we went pretty even but holy shit….. Dude…. 10 hours flew by like nothing. It felt like at max 3.5 hours. Smoked hookah and ordered food and it was pretty nice being able to talk w the team in person. Plotting out team compositions of offense payload, defense payload and domination. Played till late night and glad l got to see some old friends as l havent seen Jason, Sam and DavidP in a while.
Sunday got up in the evening. Me and Nicah hit CVS and got a ton of stuff and then hit Marisa’s for game night. Game night is becoming our new thing and lm loving it. So we just had a mix of things to play. First Taboo is always a good time. Next up, my favorite - Mafia god l love this game. Played a ton of games, tons of laughs and surprises and its seriously just the best game ever. Afterwards, ended the night w Cards against Humanity. Funny but not my favorite. Long hang out and lm glad even tho its mad cold lately.
Afterwards, we hit Long’s to pick up payment for the past weekends and also to talk about our Chinese New Year/Valentines Day Event. We got food at David’s Mai Lah Wah and then bubble tea from Vivo and hit back to eat and watch Planet Human. New show lm into. Stuffed face and knocked out.

1/30 Monday we got up early and got bagels and l dropped Nicah off to work. Hit home to work all day and didnt get any play time. Just worked all day and took it easy and actually slept early. Like 6pm early.
Tues got up mad early again and did work and played Hitman. Knocking out the next Elusive Target. Its a smart way to keep people playing for just a lil bit every 2 weeks if anything. Always mad fun. Bummed during the day time and did some work but l just did so much on Monday, there wasnt much left to do. Slept early again tho l wanted to play Overwatch w the guys.
Weds got up at 330am lol. God random sleep sced. Caught up my gaming news and just played Street Fighter 5 all morning. Worked all evening and lm hype for the future w work. Things are picking up earlier this yr. Did a lot of reading and the evening flew by fast. Eventually knocked out early again.
Thurs l got up again at 330am. Took a bath and just started playing Overwatch solo. God l hate playing solo so much lol. Switched over to Street Fighter 5 for a while and played that like all day lol.
Later in the day, hit Nicah’s and we got dumplings at a newer spot in Chinatown which was good. All the dumplings were soup dumplings. Very important lol. Hit over to Allison/Andy’s afterwards to hookah and hang for a lil. Next up we hit the Sigma event at Roxxy. God damn havent been there in forever. A lot of memories there and Bamboo Bar. Nice being back. Got drinks, found friends and hit the dance floor and just had a good time. The DJ however was pretty bad. Just the mood of each song was so different from the next. You felt like you had multiple personality disorder. Going from hype as fuck to chill back to hype then some random song that we were jokingly slow dancing to. I know being a DJ isnt easy but I dont think it’s that hard either. If you’re playing hype music, keep it up for a while, slowly change the tone into something else later on and keep that theme going for a while. Oh well. Partied there till 2am and bounced and knocked out at Nicah’s.
Friday got up and did work at Nicah’s till she was outta work and got her for Restaurant Week at McCormick’s. Never been to the Philly location but the food is great at Atlantic City. Afterwards, we hit back to sleep and got up for a small party at her place for her roomate’s boyfriend. Turns out Will, the birthday boy and some of his friends place Street Fighter!! And they play on controller which was perfect since l had 1 controller, 1 stick. Too perfect haha. So played a bunch of games and… you know.. Beat some ass but l knew they werent that competitive in it. Had fun playing, drinking, smoking hookah and meeting new people.
Afterwards, we hit Canton for Chris and Dickson’s birthday. Set it up at Canton to switch things up just to help out Erick, Jenny and Angie. We should’ve visited their work sooner. No ordering for people on their way, forced to order from the Prefixe menu if you hit 15 people though the website says offered, food took 1 hour and 20 mins and then they forgot Christine’s order after all of that.

Didnt place bets for once since l wanted to bet on the likely winning team again but no one wanted to take it. Joking and advertising bout Cialis half the night and l was dying. Stuffed face and had a really good time. Clean up was easy and it was again another full days w friends.
Hit back to Philly to drop everyone off and me and Nicah hit back to watch half of The Ring 2 before knocking out.
2/6 Monday got up to drop Nicah off at work. Hit back to do work all day and took it easy. Just caught up on everything and had a really good productive Monday. Caught up hardcore on my gaming news and then did mad Overwatch w the Scumbags all night. Simple but productive ass Monday.
Tues worked during the day and was planning Allison’s surprise birthday w everyone. Got a ton of drinks and hit Nicah’s to hang for a lil and then ate at Chinatown Square as we plan to try everything there then we hit Allison’s place for her surprise party. Andy did a really good job setting everything up. Tons of friends made it through and just had a fun night. Glad the night went the way it did as everyone remembers their 21st Birthday. Ended the night w some games of Mafia!!! Hahahha god l love that fucking game.
Weds did work all day while Nicah slept. She finally hit work later on. Got her from work in the afternoon and we headed out to get chicken. Bummed the afternoon away and then hit house showings w VinceC for a lil. Saw some big potential lm hype for.

It’s where the Ultimate Godfather gets an turn of his/her own and gets an extra kill but needs to be the lone Mafia to win. So the Ultimate Godfather will be killing Mafia at night sometimes as well or he’ll lose. Def an interesting rule. Pregame was a ton of fun then we hit up Rumor to party. So holy shit it was packed.again. We had fun but we had to make room in the hip hop room to enjoy ourselves to dance. Just lately it’s been so packed. Later on, Vince Thuy and Panda came through. Played Family Feud and Nidhogg. We really got serious into Nidhogg too after a bit lol. The game is mad fun. I like that there are more simple to play games coming out that have enough depth where it’s not about execution but the mind games. Its so direct. Like the 1 bullet 1 gun game l played at Magfest which l forgot the name of. Its good cause people want to play, people have ideas just some games are very intimidating to get into which is why fighting games are rough to get into besides the very hardcore. Esp anime fighters, holy shit. They are just another type of game. Might as well play Starcraft 2 lol.

We adjusted it so the Alien is ‘always activated’ meaninng if he/she dies during the day, the game is over. Mafia needs to either kill Alien at night or the game needs to end by Mafia or civilians winning normally. It can be easy and can be hard as alien. Either way, we all loved the rule because it adds another layer to the game of ‘is this guy an idiot and gave it away he’s mafia or is this a trick as alien?’ Also, now people making mistakes can be seen as Alien. God Mafia is so funn. We’ll see about mixing in multiple extra rules or if it’ll be too chaotic.
Afterwards, me and Nicah stuffed face w brownies and cookies while watching Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. Classic movie. Def an amazing weekend again.

The people making the game must’ve had mad fun coming up w that one. Its so classic Resident Evil on needing keys for certain doors and stuff.

Weds morning checked out a ton of homes w Mario and it was a good hang out. Mario is one of the owners from Coda and we just have really good conversations. Not only talking bout homes but a lot of future ideas and plans. May do something new w Coda but it’s got the space for other ideas.
Hit my office afterwards to drop off the closing check from Monday and did work all afternoon. Finally got to play For Honor and tried out the new Hybrid Samurai class w the poison spear. She’s so good 1v1 cause of the range, the mind games and the poison and extra damage but the problem in group fights is that since you’re switching targets, you’re not getting the bonus damage unless each target is poisoned. She’s cool tho. FANG from Street Fighter should get bonus damage from attacks when the opponent is poisoned. That’s a good idea to encourage the poison cause the normal poison mechanic in Street Fighter 5 right now is wayyy too weak. 80 damage if they are poisoned for like 5 seconds, that’s nothing. When l get poisoned by Fang, l just ignore it lol. Anyway, played a few games and then headed out.

Hit the USPS to get a package, got food from a thai/chinese place close by and got snacks and drinks for this weekend. Hit back to bake cookies which burned completely and then ate the food while watching Fresh off the Boat. Such a good damn show. Its cause a lot of the jokes are stereotypical asian parents who care only bout grades and saving money and it’s funny but something that’s never been done before on a show like this. Yea there’s youtube clips of people making fun of their asian parents for how they are but its cool to see it on tv and they do it well. Ended the night playing mad games of For Honor w SteveF ScottD and Bounme. We are really starting to get it. We got solid gameplans and the Shugoki class is really fun. Hits heavy, has super armor, an instant kill grab(Hi Akuma) when low on health and also restores health. Just he runs low on stamina FAST. Mad fun games w the guys and then packed and headed out to Nicah’s to play Resident Evil and eat before Winterbrawl.
