l really am thankful my work isn't stressful and l enjoy it tho and l mean everything in real estate and in nightlife. People make things exciting and l really dont know what ld be doing outside of real estate and nightlife right now. Things have been picking up a lot lately too so my mind has been all over the place. More clients, days where l just work eat and sleep and l went 12 days without any video games... Crazy right? My friends have hit me up asking me if lm not streaming anymore lol.

Weds 3/18 kept playing Battlefield through Tues night. Its fun and seriously just like all the other Battlefields with just a new theme. l think they know their formula works and its fine the way it is and all you need is different environments. By having soooo many guns and vehicles and equipment to level up, you keep playing cause you wanna get better stuff and try out new stuff so youre constantly rewarded for playing which gives it even more reason to be addicted.
Slept during the day and woke up in the evening and took care of a lot of work. Running to Gif's to get a package and drop it off at my office and got a huge ass diablo hoagie. Played some Ultra Street Fighter 4 for a lil and streamed. People messaged me asking when l would be streaming again. Because of Evolve mostly, thats all l've been playing. l needed a mental break off Street Fighter and l was still really hot and up to date w Evolve. lm all around really good at Evolve. Worked on my Evolve guide as it had 4,500 views at that point and was in one of the Top Rated and Most Popular Guides in the Steam Guides section.

Played some Evolve and then later played some Ultra Street Fighter 4 w Justin for a while as its been a while. Our classic Akuma vs Dudley match. Def a fun time and l def need to catch up w him and game big time. Late night chilled w Joss and Brown for a while and then later ended the night watching NYC Weds night fights for Ultra Street Fighter 4 and reading up on Frank Karsten's articles about the Affinity Deck in Modern Format of Magic the Gathering which l run.
Affinity is so fun to play and exactly what l like about Magic the Gathering in many ways including a playstyle l enjoy. Its FAST, its FLEXIBLE, its LOGICAL, there are crucial choices to make and there is medicore math to do as you have to calculate all possible scenarios to each attack scenario. So if l can do attacks A B C D... l then have to see all answers to A B C D maybe leaving 4-10 results and then l have to determine ok... if l pick A... the best and worst case scenario and likelyhood of each happening. From there... l gotta figure out which of A B C and D makes sense to pick based on the likelyhood of the possible results. Sounds like a lot right? It is but its fun. The versatility of the deck is what draws me to it the most. Swarm and pump, spear w powering up one guy who got through due to flying or protection or going the Infect poison route. Def really fun. l studied like crazy.
So that was my last day really doing anything gaming lol. l did A LOT tho.
Thurs worked in the morning and later Hack and Domkey came through. Hack got us wine and cheese w crackers and we lit the hookah and sat outback and had a chill evening talking bout video games, anime and other fun stuff. Def enjoyed being out and yoooo day time drinking w wine and cheese. Sounds like the life right? It is. We talked about that too.... how l enjoy just being w people. Its all l really live for. That and beating people in competitions of any sort. But overall.... yea my friends make my life. Def a good start to the day. The guys played some Battlefield to check it out and then bounced out in the evening.
Later met up w Pla and she got me dinner, korean food at this dope spot in UPenn as a thank you for helping her learn to parallel park and taking her to her driver's exam which she passed. lm a good teacher l know l know. But thank you for the food Pla!! Def really dope food and we got some bubble tea afterwards at Tea Do before dropping her off.
Afterwards hit a meeting w Long to talk about several events and the direction of where things are going. Def really hype for our April 18th event.

Def need to end the college school year w a huge event to keep them talking over the summer into Fall. Glad to be learning a lot over the past yr really being more involved and def excited to bring DNA nightlife as a name into a bigger light. Its seriously almost isnt even work as its fun for me to work on throwing events.
We hit up a fashion show going on at Coda too. Where Whisper Lounge use to be. So the new venue is really nice and really huge. Also saw Sarah who cuts my hair as she goes there often as her friend Shelby is one of the investors. Met new people, had some drinks and ran aroundd checking out the place and watched the fashion show. Saw well done pics who turns out were done by Rob who l used to help get Allison her photoshoot years ago through my ex Amai. Funny how small Philly is in general. Everyones just sooooo connected lol. Def a nice night and ended it by hitting up my office as l still had a few things of work to take care of.
Friday took care of a ton of 'day' work and ran errands. Getting money, food, alc and junk. Had house showings w Steve in the evening in Manayunk and saw a really good potential home. Went pretty quick. Afterwards, got JennaZ and then we hit up Emily and Weili's and the 4 of us did another house showing for Emily and Weili. Pretty fun and very productive day.
Afterwards, back to Weili/Emily's for pregame. Friends started coming through and we lit the hookah, poured drinks and brought out the playing cards. Got pretty drunk again lol as l dunno what happens. l think its just the random shots being poured that really hit me. Lost half my bank roll cause we switched from Yolo poker to BlackJack and l was house. When they stay.... ughhhh. Goof andd Domkey even came through and glad l got to introduce Goof to everyone. Def a really fun pregame and we hit up Coda afterwards on Austin's guestlist. Checked it out, danced and found friends. Some old friends too including Spit, a bboy who l met through class when l just started out dancing back in 2001. Diamond's voguing piercing the soul. Its highly entertaining unless she's looking at you. Then you die. But yea when a turn of vogue-ish music came on, thats when we had the most fun as that music has so much personality to play w. Def had a lot of laughs and met people through Austin as well. Endedd the night stuffing face at McDonaldds before pcing home.
Sat woke up at 9am ughhhh MAGIC THE GATHERING HUR HURRRR!!! So met up w Breslin and SteveC for the Magic the Gathering Pre-release tournament and l briefly read up on the cards but honestly.... who knows what could happen till you actually mess w the cards. As much as you read ahead, because you dont have practice.... who knows. Its like readding up alll about a video game but you and everyone else havent actually played it. So l didnt do so hot going 3-4 ughhhhh prob my worst results ever in a pre-release lol. lm use to going 6-1 or 5-2 and then 1 or 2 more wins within the Top 8 of the 80+ people competiting. l was pretty bummed. Some of the people l playedd...... lolololol yeaaaa l dont wanna get in trouble by posting online but oh god... awkward. But l did play some cool people too who were enjoyable to play w and made the tournament worth it. Breslin made it into Top 8 atleast lol. Me SteveC and Breslin got foodd halfway into the tournament andd later on me and SteveC shopped around and also saw one of my past students Nina and her mother andd caught up w them. Crazy how time flies... 3 yrs ago at the elementary school.... l really really do miss that job as it was just a fun happy job and the kids were really enjoyable to laugh and play w.
So afterwards, hit back home and set up the party. Started cooking and friends came early to eat and play Magic the Gathering. Made a big ass thing of fried rice and korean pork butt. Played tons of Magic and served dinner to those who came early. Def a fun start to the pre-party. Followed it up w the party and around 11ish most of the party had arrived.
So there was beerio kart which kills the stomach no matter what hahaha l decided to sit it out. Playing some beer pong and Magic the Gathering on another table. Later we switched to Civil War... 3v3 beer pong w different cup stacking and rules which ended up being dodgeball. l was laughing so hard, l was on the floor and my stomach hurt. Ping pong balls were flying everywhere and the DING sound it made just had me dying as it really felt like l was in war. Smoked hookah outback and the party went on till around 330am. Friends did stay later to play video games and hookah till early morning. At around 530am l had to go upstairs and pass out. l've been on the move like crazy lately, got no sleep the night before and it was now 530am. Def a really good time and ahhh l love hosting parties... my house or someone else's... its just fun to have everyone together.
Sunday morning cleaned w Brown and Joss and talked about the night before. Both of them got really drunk and swore off alc. Brown didnt last past 2am lol. Honey whiskey is a killer hahahhaha and its so funny because when Brown cracks his voice a lot is when you know he's drunk. He just talks high pitched as is and cracks his voice nonstop. Its funny. So back to bed a lil and then more cleaning. Thank you JohnL Levia and Mica by the way for helping clean late late night sat too - you guys really didnt have to but def appreciate it!!
Later on, ran around to Montgomery County to deliver and explain some paperwork and got Emily and we got some Boston Market before we got to my place. Stuffed face and got really full. She did school work while l did real estate work and just bummed it before passing out. Def a chill Sunday... which l needed lol.
Monday took Emily back home in the morning. Short hang out but def was worth it. Worked all day pretty much touching base w all clients. Right now having the most active clients ever in my real estate career. Its a bit hard to keep a track of now. Its getting to that overwelming limit but right now l can still hang. Checked out Magic the Gathering Card prices of the Affinity deck version lm thinking of building which is literally just FrankK's most recent build as he explains in detail why he used what cards and what to sideboard in and out after game 1.
Later on, back out to get Emily hahah uhhhh but yea, we hit up the mall to shop around. Got jeans that... fit my waist lol. Stuffed face at Ruby Tues too and took it easy watching Sherlock Holmes. Def a dope show tho its more like a movie an episode and we passed out.
Tues started the day off real slow. We killed left overs and ate more food. Bummed it and we hit up the mall again and got wine. Took it easy and just smoked hookah and had wine and pudding and bagel bites hahahahahha it sounds so dumb reading it like that. Taste buds def had some fun anyway. Afterwards, took Emily back and hit home to watch Pretty Little Liars and yooooo..... Bruhh... but l mean, its a good answer FINALLY after waiting nearly 4 yrs lol. Weds had a ton of work as always as of lately. House showings w Breslin and his family and it was a long productive evening. Def really fun tho w him and his family tho as they're all pretty outgoing. Afterwards, we got food and thank you Breslin's parents for the food!! Stuffed face w a burger at a spot lve never been to thats close to home. Its crazy how l explore pretty well but l dont know whats right around me.
Afterwards, hit up Long's to pick up flyers and have a short meeting. Breifed up and got Emily and we dropped off flyers to a few other sororities, gogo dancers and hit back to Giant to get food. Got a ton of junk and we hit back to make quesadillas. l suck.... lol but they were still good. lm just shitty.
Ended the night taking care of work and bullshitting before we passed out.
Thurs we started lunch w more random foods put together. Oven baked esparagus, vanilla pudding and macoroni salad lol. Whatever, they all tasted good. Bummed it and took Emily back to her place before my house showings in Manayunk. Met up w clients for some house showings that went well.
Next stop, Sheraton Hotel to meet up w Paola. So Paola was getting her make up done as she forgot her make up bag and met the hairstylist/make up artist Liz. The 3 of us chilled while she got ready and then met her managers Justin and Joey. The 5 of us hit up Cheerleaders as Paola would be DJing and def had a fun night as we just had drinks and food and enjoyed the show. Dancers were throwing money up to Paola on the DJ booth too and she made over $100 just by dancers lol. Got a burger and had some drinks and enjoyed VIP and seeing pole tricks. Now... a dancer doesnt HAVE to have tricks on the pole of course, but anyone that DOES, l usually throw $1 to because l appreciate the talent. Its almost like lm there to see tricks rather than girls lol. But its interesting.... appreciation for the human body and appreciation for tricks. Combined together and you get a visually appealing performance. Kinda like why pop stars are typically good looking. If some ugly ass motherfucker was singing and dancing... its like... 'cool song' but if the performer is hot... 'omgggg l love you' because you're enjoying multiple things... the singing, the look, the dancing ect. Ok anyway... def a really good time and really cool getting to know and hang out w Liz Justin and Joey. Def looking forward to partying w them again April 3rd in AC at Providence as Paola will be DJing there.
Hit back home late night and started doing more work at 3am lol. Def productive.
Fri took care of a ton of work when l woke and then got EmilyD, EmilyL and Weili for house showings. Ran through the home w a contractor and def got a lot more info. Afterwards, me and EmilyD got cheesesteaks and fries at Tony Luke's as both of us didnt even eat yet. Got JennaZ and we hit up pregame at May's. So all got together and its been a while since we've pregammed there. Playing games as there was pool, air hockey and ping pong but no second paddle. l LOVE ping pong but its never around and l was pretty sad we couldnt find a second paddle ontop of the first paddle being pretty beat up. So had drinks and had a good time chilling. Fanny teaching people to shuffle and getting hype to go out.
1130ish we hit up Rumor and just partied mostly in the EDM room. Def a really good time acting dumb and its weird how slowly the EDM room on Fridays is becoming more popular. Ran around, saw a lot of friends and just had a really good night in general. lm glad more of the group is coming out again. As it warms up, l know people will be more out again.
Sat got up early for house showings w ScottM and checked out a few potentials. Def good to hang out again and catch up in general. Hit back and me and Emily got lunch in Chinatown. This spot w handdrawn noodles. Stuffed face and glad we went there. Always glad to check out new places in general. Later on bummed it w Joss and Brown in the evening. Joss playing Battlefield Hardline and just stuffing face.
Me and Brown stopped by Rita's for a lil to hookah and catch up. Potential lol.... Rita 1% remember!! Next up me and Brown stopped by Eric and Kristi's house warming party. Def nice to see what they did w the place and also got to see a lot of old friends. Friends l made as early as 2nd grade for several of them. Really good to catch up, drink and play beer pong. Also was nice to see the home filled w people like how we imagined it when we were looking at the home. The open layout just really fits there. People got a laugh outta scumbag tricks to win at beer pong... but me and Brown were losing to older teachers who were in their 40s or 50s... yeaaa...
Biggest thing tho was just being w old friends. Crazy l havent seen some of them in literally 11 yrs. Time really does fly but from knowing them from 1993-2004... l just know them ya know? Doesn't really matter how much time passes. Yea we're all more mature but we're still the same people in the end.
Ended the night swinging by Coda as it closes at 3am or so. Turns of people were hitting me up to get on the list last minute. A lot of people were iffy and then ended up going so got there and met up w a ton of friends. A lot said they showed up as early as 11pm which is too early for an after hours spot. l always tell people, add an extra hour because its open later, people show up later. Danced w friends and caught up w people and was a nice way to end the crazy day.
Sunday woke up really late. Didnt do much but order a shitloada chinese food and catch up and watch the last two episodes of The Walking Dead and lots of History Channel and junk. Reading up on Magic the Gathering modern format and Affinity and l def wanna get out there and practice soon. 1 thing lm gonna have to learn asap which will happen eventually of course but sooner the better is telling what kind of deck someone is playing after a few cards have dropped. l get how to play Affinity as a deck in general but not so much the match up. Def a chill Sunday and what l needed after so much chaos and running around day after day lol.
